Management Trainee

We are seeking a proactive and driven Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join the Founder's Office. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a passion for strategy, innovation, and business growth. You will work closely with the Founder’s Office, assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives and gaining exposure to various aspects of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently manage and coordinate the Founder’s calendar, ensuring optimal use of time.
2. Prioritize and schedule meetings with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
3. Prepare structured meeting agendas and ensure all necessary materials are ready.
4. Record, summarize, and distribute meeting minutes with clear follow-up actions.
5. Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
6. Assist in preparing business forecasts and reviewing projections for growth.
7. Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to progress tracking and report preparation.
8. Act as a key liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
9. Draft, review, and proofread internal and external communications.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a management trainee, executive assistant, or similar strategic support role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and analytical tools.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
5. Experience in research, data analysis, and transforming insights into strategic actions.
6. Excellent communication, presentation & critical-thinking abilities.
7. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
